Partner: €2500

Partner sponsorship is limited to at most 6 sponsors on a first come, first served basis.

As a Partner sponsor the Business will be entitled to the following promotional opportunities:

• Permission for the Business to use the following endorsement: “Partner of PGDay Lowlands 2026”.
• The option to present one 25 minute session in the sponsor track at the conference, title, abstract and speaker name to be agreed with PGDay Lowlands team, prior to June 21st, 2026. Speakers on the Sponsor track are not eligible for a free registration, unless they are also a speaker on the general track.
• Prominent inclusion of the Business's logo and a link to the Business's website on the official conference website. A 300 character long description can also be included with the logo.
• Recognition by the presenters in the opening and closing sessions of the conference.
• Two free attendee passes for the conference.
• Contact details of attendees who opt-in to sharing information by badge scanning during the event.
• A stand in the exhibitors area of the conference venue.
• The opportunity to include one piece of corporate signage up to a size of 2 metres high by 1 metre wide in the common space of the conference (the signage to be provided by Business, location to be determined by PostgreSQL Europe).
• Interview on website.
• The opportunity to donate a gift for participants of the PostgreSQL Testing Challenge
• The opportunity to list three positions on the ”Jobs page” of the conference website, with a title of up to 100 characters and a description of up to 1000 characters each. Each position must include a link to the full job advertisement on the website of the business or a partner. The business must inform PostgreSQL Europe if the position is no longer available which will result in its removal. Listings may only be edited to correct grammatical or layout issues. All listings will be removed at the end of the conference.
• Inclusion of the Business logo in the Sponsors Passport organised by the Conference, encouraging attendees to visit sponsor booths. At the Business’s booth, passports will be stamped using a stamp provided by the Conference.
• Possibility for the Business to provide a dedicated slide featuring the Business logo, a special promotion, or a call to action, for inclusion in a high-frequency carousel displayed during the event. Specifications will be communicated closer to the event.

The cost for Partner sponsorship opportunities, as described above, is €2500.

Supporter: €850

As a Supporter sponsor the Business will be entitled to the following promotional opportunities:

• Permission for the Business to use the following endorsement: “Supporter of PGDay Lowlands 2026”.
• Inclusion of the Business' logo and a link to the Business' website on the official conference website.
• Recognition by the presenters in the opening and closing sessions of the conference.
• One free attendee pass for the conference.
• Interview on website.
• The opportunity to donate a gift for participants of the PostgreSQL Testing Challenge
